Here’s my recipe for a natural cough remedy. You can use it for early stages of cough and cold which I prepared for my husband who frequently caught the sniffles.
This is because of his asthmatic condition and tendency to fall sick easily. It’s good for changing weather conditions and for those who are allergic to dust or pollen.
Another friend helped me with some more tips here. Do check that out as well. I believe she has prepared it for other older/younger family members as well for a morning detox after an indulgent week/weekend takes a toll on your body. I haven’t tried it myself but I trust she has seen the results.
Natural Cough Remedy maybe useful
I am sure some people may find this useful especially during changing seasons. In case you need even more information on cough and cold natural remedies or detox for longer term. Do check out different ayurvedic ashrams or spas. I have been to this one which I found very useful at one point of my life. But there are many others.
Some people may also want to explore silent retreats and meditation for a certain duration of time. I have benefited from this one. Though I must confess I am out of practice due to multiple challenges in life currently related or unrelated to my husband and other family members.
Footnote for nannies and mommies
For those who are looking to take care of him, this is a useful one to keep in stock. When he said, I’ll be there for you, he really meant for your funeral. So while he lives, and I die slowly day by day- this one is a special note for celebrating with a fish fry. 😉
You can add more water to dilute this further and make 3-4 cupsNatural Cough Remedy

Definitely going to try this
Hey, hope you find it beneficial. I like sipping it anyways on colder days or when I have a bit of the sniffles.
